Returns
At Rintelligence, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with our products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it under the following conditions:
- Eligibility for Returns:
- Items must be returned within 3 days of receipt.
- Items must be in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging.
- Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
- Non-Returnable Items:
- Downloadable software products.
- Customized or personalized items.
- Items purchased on sale or with a discount.
- Return Process:
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at contact@rintelligence.in.
- Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send the item back to us.
- Please ensure the item is securely packaged to avoid damage during transit.
Refunds
Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will process your refund within 7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note the following:
- Partial Refunds:
- Items that are not in their original condition or are damaged for reasons not due to our error may be subject to a partial refund.
- Refund Exceptions:
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If you received a free item or gift with your purchase, it must be returned along with the item.
Cancellations
We understand that sometimes you may need to cancel an order. You can cancel your order under the following conditions:
- Before Shipment:
- Orders can be cancelled without penalty if they have not yet been shipped.

- After Shipment:
- If the order has already been shipped, you may need to follow our return policy.
- Shipping costs for returning the item will be the responsibility of the customer.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at contact@rintelligence.in.
